FAES FEMALE ATHLETE EDUCATION SERIES.png

FAES is an e4 Track and Field Club sponsored annual speaker series started by Coach Testa and

Reagan Boyd to help women and girls become the best athletes they can be, by promoting health, wellness, and longevity in sport. Each year, women experts in sport related fields are hired to speak to the North Shore athletes, parents, and coaches. Each year, a student athlete who has shown continued dedication to the sport of running, as well as strong leadership skills or potential and a passion for promoting girls and women in sport, is chosen to coordinate the program, thereby gaining sport leadership and management skills.

Natasha Bhatia, FAES Program Coordinator

Natasha, a junior at Masconomet Regional High School, is a member of the school's track and cross-country teams. After attending all of last year's FAES series, she wanted to become involved with the program to promote health amongst her peers. Reagan, who is now attending Virginia Tech, recommended Natasha to fill in her shoes. We're excited to work with her! Natasha also loves to spend time reading, exercising, and enjoying time with her friends and family.

Community Partners

Our wicked awesome community partners helped with our recycled shoe fundraiser to support these events and offer fair pay to our professional Key Note speakers. We support equal and fair pay for women in sports and in every industry. We also support the environment (sneaker recycling) because athletes need to breathe fresh air and because we live on planet Earth!

The best way to achieve those goals is together, so we extend a heartfelt thank you to our community partners!
